Our proprietary plastic welding technology is what makes Polycoil heat exchangers superior. To achieve these plastic welds we have designed & fabricated in-house custom equipment and machinery. Additionally to operate under large scale production our three key heat exchanger manufacturing equipment have been automated;

Plastic Bonding Equipement
We have three thermoplastic bonding machines for welding our header/end-tanks with our heat exchangers. These units allow a unique welding process for a flash-free bond with a superior shear joint design for structural integrity.
