Lead Free Ammunition

 

  • Developed a unique lead-free frangible projectile in 1993 using powdered metals and polymer binders.

  •  Started producing copper-jacketed training projectiles for the US DoD (Marine Corps, Navy and Air Force).

  •  Expanded the product line to include jacketless projectiles for law enforcement training applications.

  • Product line includes reduced hazard, reduced ricochet and short range variants.

  • Supplying “Green” ammunition manufacturers in Canada, United States, Germany, Switzerland and Brazil.

Polymer Heat Exchangers

Cesaroni Technology Inc. is at the forefront of developing high performance polymer heat exchangers under the brand name PolyCoil.  These heat transfer systems have been developed for a variety of applications ranging from; HVAC equipment, small pleasure craft, geothermal, evaporative fluid coolers, military vehicles, automotive, thermal ice storage systems, and more. The all-polymeric construction makes them corrosion resistant and much less susceptible to damage when compared to current systems with fragile metal fins. The light weight of the systems makes installation simple. This makes them ideal for harsh environments.

  Test Equipment

  • Designing, fabricating and installing custom test equipment for automotive, defence and heavy equipment OEMs as well as municipal transit authorities.

  • Specializing in complete turn-key test facilities using the latest computer-controlled technologies.

  • Systems include prime-mover dynamometers, small unit test benches and portable diagnostic test equipment.

  • Supplying analog and digital throttle interfaces to OEM’s including Caterpillar, Detroit Diesel and Cummins.
